- Competed in 2012 Ironman US Championship - New York (10:07)
- Competed in 2007 Ironman 70.3 world championships
- Placed 11th in 2009 age group national championships (Olympic distance)
- Qualified for 2010 age group world championships (Olympic distance)
- Won numerous local and regional triathlons
- 2nd place age group finish at 2008 San Antonio Half Marathon(1:14:56)
- 5th place overall finish at 2011 Cowtown Half Marathon (1:17:22)
- Former distance runner for University of Louisiana Monroe
- Former 2 time high school cross country(5K), 1 mile and 2 mile state champion
